The KLIJF 2013, which will end April 30, is jointly organised by KL International Jazz with Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, and supported by Tourism Malaysia.
All access tickets are priced at RM98, RM138 and RM168 till March 31, after which it rises to RM138, RM178 and RM238 (April 1-25) and RM168, RM238 and RM288 at the door.

Music jazzes up Kuala Lumpur this April with the second edition of the KL International Jazz Festival, now stretching over four days from April 27.
It's not just performances by world-class artistes but the festival will also offer workshops and master classes at the main venue, the University of Malaya, which sits in the heart of the capital city.
So far, 30 artistes - running the gamut from Grammy winners to homegrown talents - will participate in the four-day event.
They include guitarist Lee Ritenour, pianist Keiko Matsui, guitarist Chuck Loeb, singer Simone, saxophonost-composer Rudresh Mahanthappa with his Samdhi ensemble, saxophonist Jessy J, musician-composer Jeremy Monteiro, the UM Big Band, local nujazz John Thomas & The Phunk Mob Experience, the Bassment Syndicat, percussionist Steve Thornton-Tribute to Mongo Santamaria, and violinist Sayaka.
Grammy-winning Ritenour was a founding member of Fourplay, one of the most successful 1990s band in contemporary jazz, with keyboardist Bob James, bassist Nathan East and drummer Harvey Mason. But Ritenour started on the road to musical fame back in the 1960s at 16 as a guitarist for various bands including the Mamas Papas to accompanying Lena Horne and Tony Bennett at 18.
His 40-year career has seen Ritenour playing a repertoire that includes rock, blues and jazz as he accompanied Pink Floyd (The Wall), Steely Dan (Aja), Dizzy Gillespie, Sonny Rollins, B.B. King, Frank Sinatra, Simon & Garfunkel, Ray Charles, Peggy Lee, Aretha Franklin and Barbra Streisand.
Solo works and collaborations are with Phil Collins, Brazilian greats Ivan Lins, Caetano Veloso, Djavan and Jao Bosco, George Benson, Chaka Kahn, Herbie Hancock, and opera great Renee Fleming. His virtuosity can be found in albums like Smoke 'n' Mirrors, Amparo, and as a producer of Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band's latest CD Act Your Age.
Singer-songwriter Simone is very much the daughter of Nina Simone as well as a multi-talented artiste in her own right. The acclaimed "live" performer has starred in Broadway musicals such as Rent and boasts a diverse repertoire of pop, soul, jazz, rock and funk.
Nujazz band Club Des Belugas, bred in Germany, combines contemporary European Lounge and Nujazz Styles with Brazilian beats, and American soul.
American Rudresh offers a sax sound that combines progressive jazz and South Indian classical music in a fluid form that reflects his experience growing up a second-generation Indian-American. Just as his personal experience is never wholly lived on one side of the hyphenate or the other, his music speaks in a voice dedicated to forging a new path forward.
Gifted vocalist Aga Zaryan conveys the finest of the history of jazz to today's audiences, continuing the traditions of great artistes such as Shirley Horn, Carmen McRae and Joni Mitchell. She is known for her distinctive style, and intimate approach to singing.
Japanese band Soil & Pimp Sessions comprises six musicians - Shacho (agitator, spirit), Tabu zombie (trumpet), Motoharu (sax), Josei (piano), Akita Goldman (bass) and Midoryn (drums).
At its core, the group is about giving pulsating live performances.
